I have always been a huge fan of the original 1976 movie “The Bad News Bears”. For my money, this is the best baseball movie ever made. The intrinsic message and life lessons go way beyond the obvious little league baseball environment. As a 10 year old that loved the game but lacked the talent to be any good at it… this was the perfect movie.

Back in 2011 I sat down and created a team set from the movie. Back then I did not have the ability to print or sell these cards. Recently I have been seeing my original 2011 cards all over the place, from eBay to Etsy. As a result I decided to update this set with a fresh new “1977 Topps” like template, the MTC logo and clearer photos from the movie. Enjoy.
