I have been watching with both delight & horror as Topps has rolled out PROJECT 70, highlighting some of the many great artists in the CARD ART community. There are some really cool cards in this set, but also there are some that fall into the “eye of the beholder” category. Most importantly, these Project 70 cards have inspired me to roll my own PROJECT 2021, featuring some of my favorite ballplayers re-imagined on new card designs.
I am not going by a set schedule for these cards, rather I will drop them as the ideas come together for me. Batting leadoff… Richie Zisk from the 1977 Chicago White Sox.
It is my very strong opinion there there are never enough Richie Zisk White Sox cards in the world.
